01

License and authorized use

Subject to the accepted order and account terms, B-O-B Node, LLC grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased software for its internal business operations during the active subscription.

02

Customer administrators and users

The customer controls its authorized users, roles, connected systems, and instructions. Administrators must protect credentials, promptly remove access that is no longer required, and ensure users act within company authority and applicable law.

03

Owned software and intellectual property

B-O-B Node, its application code, interfaces, workflows, documentation, Mary operating layer, and specialist-worker framework remain owned by B-O-B Node, LLC except for clearly identified third-party services and customer-owned content.

04

Customer data and service connections

The customer retains its rights in customer data. Connections to outside services are limited to documented purposes and customer-authorized scope. Disconnecting a service stops future access through that connection but does not change a source provider's own retention duties.

05

Restrictions and responsible operation

Users may not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with another tenant, misuse the service for unlawful activity, reverse engineer protected components except where law cannot prohibit it, or misrepresent unverified automated work as completed.

06

Updates, availability, and support

B-O-B Node may deliver security, reliability, accessibility, and feature updates. Purchased support channels and any service commitments will be identified in the applicable order. Preview and under-development capabilities remain clearly labeled.

07

Suspension, termination, and cancellation

Access may be suspended to protect the service, another customer, or legal compliance. Cancellation timing, exports, effective date, reactivation, and any refund terms are described on the Cancellation page and in the accepted order.
