01

Who this statement covers

This statement applies when B-O-B Node, LLC controls personal information connected with B-O-B Node websites, account access, customer onboarding, software, support, security operations, product research, and direct business relationships.

A customer company may separately control information that its authorized users place in a B-O-B workspace. In that situation, the customer determines the business purpose and B-O-B Node processes the information to provide the contracted service and follow the customer's governed instructions.

02

Notice at collection

Depending on how a person uses B-O-B Node, we may collect the following categories: identifiers and contact details; account, company, role, subscription, and support details; customer-provided business content; messages, task instructions, approvals, and work receipts; device, browser, sign-in, network, and security records; product interaction and preference data; and payment or transaction references supplied by an authorized payment processor when commerce is activated.

We collect only what is reasonably connected to providing, securing, supporting, improving, and documenting the requested service. B-O-B Node does not sell personal information as a data-broker product.

03

Where information comes from

  • Directly from the person or company creating an account, requesting information, or contacting support.
  • From authorized administrators, users, and customer-controlled service connections.
  • Automatically from the browser, device, security boundary, and application when needed to operate and protect the service.
  • From service providers acting under contract, including infrastructure, authentication, payment, and customer-authorized integration providers.
  • From lawful public or business records when needed for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or an authorized business workflow.
04

Why B-O-B Node uses information

  • Provide and personalize the purchased platform, software, workspace, assistant, and specialist capabilities.
  • Authenticate users, enforce tenant and role boundaries, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain audit evidence.
  • Process authorized account, support, billing, subscription, cancellation, and privacy requests.
  • Maintain reliability, debug errors, measure performance, improve accessibility, and develop requested features.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, records, safety, and dispute-resolution obligations.
  • Communicate service, security, policy, and account notices. Promotional messages will include the choices required by applicable law.
05

When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to the customer that controls the workspace; authorized users within that customer's scope; vendors that provide bounded infrastructure or business services; professional advisers under confidentiality; public authorities when legally required; or a successor in a properly governed corporate transaction.

B-O-B Node requires access to be limited to a documented purpose. A hidden user-interface control is never treated as authorization, and customer data is not released to another customer.

06

Cookies, local storage, and product preferences

Strictly necessary storage may keep a secure session, protect requests, remember privacy choices, and maintain essential application state. Optional functional, measurement, personalization, or marketing categories remain off unless enabled through the Manage Cookies center.

The current B-O-B Node build does not rely on third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, this statement and the preference center must change before those technologies activate.

07

Retention and deletion

Retention is based on the service purpose, customer configuration, account status, security needs, contractual commitments, legal recordkeeping, backup cycles, and dispute requirements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, de-identified, or isolated until a controlled deletion cycle completes.

Deletion requests may be limited where information must be retained for security evidence, legal obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention, or the rights of another person. B-O-B Node will explain a verified exception rather than silently claiming deletion.

08

Security and customer separation

B-O-B Node uses layered access control, role and tenant enforcement, encrypted transport, protected sessions, security headers, bounded service credentials, activity logging, staged release controls, and recoverable change practices. No system is risk-free, but security decisions are treated as operating requirements rather than marketing badges.

Report a suspected vulnerability or privacy incident to support@b-o-b-node.com with [SECURITY] in the subject. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive data.

09

United States, Canada, and cross-border processing

B-O-B Node, LLC is based in the United States and may use service locations in the United States or Canada. A person's information may therefore be processed outside the state, province, territory, or country where it was collected and may be subject to lawful access in that location.

Contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards will be applied to cross-border service providers. Mandatory rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law and U.S. state or federal law are not waived by this statement.

10

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location and relationship, a person may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection, an opt out, or review of an automated decision. Authorized agents may act where applicable and properly verified.

Use the B-O-B Privacy Request Center, email admin@b-o-b-node.com, or write to B-O-B Node, LLC, P.O. Box 74, Joplin, Montana 59531, United States. B-O-B Node will verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing protected information and will not discriminate for exercising an applicable right.

11

Children, policy changes, and contact

B-O-B Node is a business service and is not directed to children. A customer may not use the service to collect children's information without a lawful, specifically approved program and required consent.

Material changes will be versioned, dated, and communicated through an appropriate account, product, or direct notice before taking effect where required. Questions may be sent to admin@b-o-b-node.com; general product questions may be sent to info@b-o-b-node.com.

Version control and professional review

These materials identify B-O-B Node, LLC's current product rules and launch commitments. They will be versioned as paid plans, payment processing, and additional jurisdictions activate, and should be included in the company's professional legal review before broad commercial release.
